main SQUARED MUSIC
We got some kick a$$ music for our second
extreme video production. Check out some of our favorite bands that
don't have a huge name yet but should someday soon. There is band
info and links to their websites if you want more of the juice. |

BRODIE |
Brodie is a melodic, pop-punk
band from Seattle. The band originated in June of 2000 and played Their
first show on October 1st, 2000. After two months of playing shows the
band went into the studio to record their first demo. The 7 song demo was
available at shows and was released on mp3.com. In the spring of 2001,
after months of playing shows and hard work, the songs from the demo hit
the top of the mp3.com punk charts. Soon after, in the summer of 2001, the
band went back into the studio and recorded what would become a split CD
with Canadian buds, Glasshead. |

SHOULDER
& WHEEL |
Just heard on the radio that we will soon enter the
Year of the Snake. That's my year, mister, and I plan to finally
ratchet my Total World Domination Plan into high gear. As I see it, it's
long overdue, although maybe not - maybe the timing is one of those
"god-related" things and dictated by some distant unknowable
source of wisdom and power No matter, I've about had it being anything
less than supremely powerful and plan on bulldozing my way all the way
to the top immediately. It seems to me that it is imperative that
we capitalize on this Snake business and make sure that by year's end we
are firmly ensconced at the top of this stinking dung heap we call the
world, where at least the smell isn't as noticeable and, from what I see
on the magical all-knowing television box, there are innumerable
delights to titillate away any direct awareness of being caught in this
godforsaken reality (read: sex & drugs). Okay, go. |

FOOT MIDGET |
7 Foot Midget is a 4-piece band from Las Vegas, Nevada that plays melodic
punk rock with a technical twist and lyrics that cover everything from biting
social commentary to perverse sexual humor. And if that doesn't work, they'll
just perform in their underwear and make fun of themselves for you. They
have been disgracing the Las Vegas music scene for over four years now. |

ALLISTER |
With one foot crushed to the floor, one hand cranking
the radio and the other hand steering out of town, the Chicago-area
quartet delivers sing-a-long melodies that bounce around your brain for
days. Over the breakneck chord changes and hyper-kinetic drumming, the
band's sentimental lyrics supply what every suburban upbringing ideally
should but so rarely does: experiences you won't want to forget, much
less escape. |

THREE
FOOT |
Once ThreeFoot was created, they started writing songs and started playing
shows right off the bat. Only after 4 shows they started to record their debut
album "Too Big To Hide" at Double Time Studios with Jeff
Forrest in June of 2000. Soon after the album was recorded ThreeFoot decided to
hand them out for free at all their shows and it was a big success. |

MAKESHIFT3 |
Makeshift3
started in 1995 & our original name was just Makeshift. We
began with 3 students from Fallbrook High School in San Diego
County. We were Ryan Coughlin, Jeff Lascola, & Eric Mattson.
In September of 1996, Ryan went away to college so Jeff & Eric
replaced him with Tyler Bochenek (Eric's cousin). Makeshift then
rebuilt their sound, message, focus, & added the "3"
to Makeshift forming Makeshift3 because of legal issues similar to
Blink adding the "182." Our sound ranges from influences
such as Blink 182, Pennywise, New Found Glory, Green Day, MxPx,
etc. We currently play shows at least once per week & have
been on 3 national tours. |

THE
ENTROPY |
The Entropy is a four-piece band. They rent a run down farmhouse a couple minutes outside of Cookstown (a small hick town in Ontario, Canada). The band's musical influences range from Slayer to Fleetwood Mac; and given this, it's not hard to see how each listener has a different idea of what kind of music it is. When asked what kind of music they play, the band will most likely just tell you HARD ROCK.
Good luck finding the early recorded songs, as they are hard even for the band to come by. |

FIFTY-50 |
Fifty-50
is a powerful band. Packed with talent, creativity and an electric
energy that is addictive, they are quickly establishing themselves
as a force to be reckoned with. All of this and the oldest member of
the band is 15. Don't let their youth influence your opinion. Let
their music play. You will soon know why critics are calling
Fifty-50 one of the premier young bands in America. |
