Where can I buy xxx main Products?
Check with your local hobby dealer first.  Most fine hobby stores carry xxx main Racing products.  If they do not have our items in stock, ask them to order them.  We always prefer that the consumer deals with local hobby stores first.  If your local hobby store will not get the product for you it is available from many on-line stores and also on this website.  We are a manufacturer so we try to support the hobby dealers as best as we can.  Our ultimate goal, however, is to get xxx main Racing products into the hands of the end user so if you cannot find what you want from a dealer please feel free to order it directly from us.

How long will it take for my order to get here?
It generally takes 7 to 10 business days for AIR shipping (we ship all orders via regular mail/air service).  Since we are located in Canada this time can increase slightly if items are held for review at the border. We make every effort to ensure that proper customs documentation is supplied with shipments for quick passage but delays may still occur.  Keep in mind that business days are Monday to Friday so a week is 5 business days, not 7.

Where is my order?
All orders are shipped within two business days of receipt. We are located in Canada so there may be some delay at the border through customs.  Please be patient and your order will arrive shortly.

Is there a tracking number for my order?
We ship all consumer orders with regular Air Postal Service.  There is no tracking number for shipments and your order will arrive in your mailbox just like all of your other regular mail.

How do you use xxx main Paint Masking Kits?

What are NTSC and PAL video formats?
NTSC is the North American standard format for videos.  North America includes both Canada and the USA.  PAL is the standard format in Europe for videos.  Most European machines can play both NTSC and PAL formats now.  You will have to check with your area to find out what format you require.  Our DVD's are only available in NTSC but most current machines will play both versions.  You'll have to check your specific DVD player to be sure.

Can I order COD?
No, we cannot ship orders COD (Cash On Delivery).  We are located in Canada and COD is not offered cross border.

Why are prices in US dollars when you are in Canada?
Although we are located in Canada most of our business dealings are with the USA.  To make things easier in regards to exchange rate we decided that posting all prices in US Dollars would be more accepted by our customers.

What company name will be on my credit card bill?
The company name "xxx main Racing Inc." will appear on your credit card statement.

I'm a dealer, how do I get xxx main products?
You can order xxx main Racing products through one of our existing distributors or you can order directly from us.  If you would like more information on our products please e-mail your name, hobby shop name, address, phone, fax, business number, and all other pertinent information to video@xxxmain.com and we will get back to you with a dealer package.

Can I date one of the xxx main girlz?
No.... ha ha, just kidding.  Dig in!
